RESEARCH
In first phase we need to learn about your business, industry your
business is in, your clients and competitors. We have prepared for
you easy on-line Project Form that will give us basic information
about your graphic design needs. (You can also use our Sales inquiry
form.) Upon receiving your information you will be contacted by
our team to set up a preliminary meeting.
PROJECT
PROPOSAL-BRAINSTORMING
After doing some market analysis and compiling competitive report
that will give us a general knowledge of other promotional or corporate
material in your industry, we will prepare for our first meeting
to present you with a proposed project plan. Proposal will include
preliminary sketches, estimated budget, schedule, time lines and
access to your Vikont account will be created, so you can follow
the progress of the project and easily communicate with your Vikont
team. After we review all details of the project together and iron
out what your goals are we are ready to begin.
DEVELOPMENT
AND DESIGN
When our project plan is in place we are ready to roll up the sleeves
and begin the creative process. Our design department will begin
to further develop and enhance the visual concepts to give the content
its form and feel and bring the project closer to completion.
FIRST
DRAFT REVIEW
In our next meeting you are presented with a final product that
will most accurately resemble the one that will go into a mass production.
Here we can make any necessary changes.
FINALIZATION
This is the last phase of our process. Final changes are made and
you will have a chance to view the final product and approve it
before it goes into mass printing production. You can select the
printing house you would like to deal with or if you would prefer,
we will be happy to assist you with this process as well.
