RESEARCH

We first need to learn about your business: your field, your clients, and your competitors. We have prepared for you easy on-line Project Form that will give us basic information about your web design needs. (You can also use our Sales inquiry form.) Upon receiving this information, our team will contact you to set up a preliminary meeting.

PROJECT PROPOSAL-BRAINSTORMING

After doing market analysis and compiling competitive report, which will give us general knowledge of other web sites in your industry, we will prepare for our first meeting. At this meeting we will present you with a project plan. The proposal will include: general outline of the site, preliminary blueprints of information, architecture, estimated budget, schedule, and timelines. We will create the access to your Vikont account, so that you will be able to follow the progress of the project and easily communicate with your Vikont team.

DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Now that our project plan is in place, we are ready to roll up the sleeves and begin the creative process. Our technical department will begin to develop the architecture of the web site and our art department will create visual concepts which will give the content its form and feel. By this time the domain name, hosting, secure certificates and other administrative necessities are fully completed.

FIRST DRAFT REVIEW

In our next meeting you are presented with a couple of visual solutions and fully developed architecture of your web site. Here we can make any necessary changes and select the most appealing visual form.

UPDATES, CHANGES AND TESTING

One more step and the project is completed. Updates and last minute changes are made. Tests are performed to ensure the functionality and the presentation of the web site on PC and Macintosh platforms and using both Explorer and Navigator. After this final polishing, you will browse through your web site for one final approval. We are ready for launch.

LAUNCH OF YOUR WEB SITE

Your site is now in the unlimited space of the Internet. In addition, we can submit your web site to selected search engines, if you chose that option.

FOLLOW UP

Upon the project completion, we will follow up with you to make sure that the web site is functioning as planned and to ensure that we have exceeded your expectations.
